Synopsis:
Pasquale invites his aging father, Michele, on a trip to a secluded, rented holiday cabin. Michele, a Southern Italian immigrant and former guest worker in Switzerland, has dedicated his entire life to work and survival. In the quiet of the winter landscape, Pasquale tries to connect with his father. Surrounded by nature, decades of silence and unspoken grievances finally surface, leading to a tense, quiet, and intimate encounter. It is a story of longing, hardship, and expectations.
